TROX Austria becomes TROX Austria + CEE GmbH – a strong signal for the future
TROX Austria GmbH will henceforth operate under the new name TROX Austria + CEE GmbH.With this renaming, the company is sending a clear message about its ongoing strategic development and emphasising its role as a central hub for the markets in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).“With the new name, we are making visible what we have already practised internally for years: the close collaboration within the TROX Group and the equal importance of all CEE countries alongside the Austrian location,” explains Wolfgang HUCEK, Managing Director of TROX Austria + CEE GmbH.TROX Austria + CEE is responsible for activities in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Slovakia and Romania, as well as supporting customers in Slovenia through long-standing partners. The name change is in line with TROX’s Vision 2030, which focuses on innovation, collaboration and customer proximity.For customers and suppliers, the renaming does not result in any changes to existing business relationships. All contracts, contacts and processes remain unchanged. Only the company name has been adjusted. Our economic and legal identity remains the same, contracts and tax numbers are unchanged. Contract details, tax number, commercial register number and place of jurisdiction remain unchanged. The transformation was completed on 07/11/2025.The new name expresses our self-image as an internationally networked, innovation-oriented company.
