Air handling unit X-CUBE X2 - optimized for solutions up to 25,000 m³/h

With the X-CUBE unit series, TROX has set new standards for flexibility, hygiene, energy efficiency, ease of maintenance, and networkability. X-CUBE X2 is a newly developed series with which TROX is now specifically expanding its X-CUBE program.

The units of the X-CUBE X2 series are the optimal solution for volume flows up to 25,000 m³/h (6.9 m³/s). They are freely configurable and can be used for all air treatment processes.

The X-CUBE X2 compact covers volume flows up to 15,000 m³/h (4.2 m³/s). Preconfigured, it is characterized by a particularly short delivery time. With its coordinated components and clever integrated control system, it operates highly efficiently.

A design highlight of the new series is the optionally available vibration-damped base frame. This allows the AHU to be placed directly on the floor - without the need for additional vibration decoupling measures.

Web-based design software makes life cycle costs transparent.

With the web-based X-CUBE configurator, the AHU can be easily configured based on individual parameters. After entering just a few pieces of information, such as installation type and heat recovery, as well as the most important dimensioning points, the system determines the optimum unit design in seconds and forecasts the life cycle costs on a site-specific basis. Investment, maintenance and energy costs are broken down in detail and visualized in a comprehensible way.

Universally networkable and IoT capable

The X-CUBE X2 is equipped with the new control software X-CUBE control 2.0. The unit can be operated via a high-performance touch panel and connected to the TROX systems X-AIRCONTROL, TROXNETCOM and X-TAIRMINAL. The monitoring functions with automatic status messages enable convenient system control around the clock.

Via BACnet IP or Modbus TCP/IP, the X-CUBE X2 is seamlessly integrated into the building management system. Thanks to this universal networkability, the performance of the air handling unit can be controlled according to requirements. In this way, the best comfort is combined with maximum energy savings.
