We are currently looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is ideal for a motivated engineer who enjoys customer interaction and wants to develop their career in the HVAC industry.
> Build and maintain relationships with key customers such as design engineers, installers, and contractors.
> Provide technical and commercial support for TROX products and solutions.
> Identify new sales opportunities and actively drive business development.
> Start up and commission TROX products on-site when needed.
> Conduct technical presentations and training for customers.
> Manage offers, follow up on projects, and ensure customer satisfaction.
> Travel within Bulgaria (up to 25%) to visit clients and project sites.
> Technical education (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred) on university level.
> 2–5 years of experience in HVAC, building technology, or a related field. Candidates with less experience but strong motivation and technical aptitude are also welcome.
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy working with people.
> Confident in phone and in-person customer interactions.
> Good English and Bulgarian skills (written and spoken) are essential.
> Any additional language is an advantage.
> Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to learn.
