For our location in Bucharest, Romania, we are looking for an Internal Sales Engineer (m/f/d)

TROX AUSTRIA + CEE GmbH was founded in 1963 and acts as a hub for all business in the CEE region. In addition to Austria, it is also represented in Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria and Romania, as well as Slovenia and the Slovak Republic by successful and reliable partners.
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Internal Sales Engineer to join our team in Romania. In this role you will be responsible for strengthening the quotation process, increase our presence in the market and ensure that customers receive accurate quotations, tailored to their needs, in the shortest time possible.
> Quoting: Prepare technical and commercial quotations for TROX products and components.
> Product Focus: Create quotations for X-CUBE and X-FANS product ranges.
> Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on issued quotations in line with defined service levels.
> Negotiation: Support and manage negotiations in cooperation with the Country Manager.
> Tracking: Monitor quotation status and progress throughout the sales cycle.
> CRM Management: Register and classify new customers and projects in the CRM system.
> Data Quality: Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and project data in CRM.
> Order Support: Assist Order Processing and Logistics to ensure smooth execution.
> Documentation: Coordinate translations of technical documents, brochures and communication materials.
> Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a comparable technical field.
> Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience in technical sales.
> Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems and related technologies.
> Sales Skills: Proven negotiation and sales skills in a technical environment.
> Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
> Work Style: Structured, analytical and customer-focused approach.
> Teamwork: Ability to collaborate across departments and international teams.
> Languages: Fluent Romanian and good command of written and spoken English.
